1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

New clients subscribing to Starter or Professional plans receive a 7-day money-back guarantee from first payment. Full refund, no questions asked.

2. Mid-Month Cancellations

If you cancel mid-month after the 7-day period, services continue until end of billing cycle. No prorated refunds for partial months.

3. Service Quality Issues

We will first attempt to resolve issues and improve delivery. Partial refunds may be considered if issues cannot be resolved. Disputes must be raised within 15 days.

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Third-party advertising spend
• Tool subscriptions purchased on your behalf
• Delivered and approved custom work
• Setup and onboarding fees

5. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds processed within 5-7 business days. Funds returned to original payment method. Bank processing may take 5-10 additional days.
