You may cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason. No cancellation fees or penalties.

2. How to Cancel

Send cancellation request to: [email protected] or call +1 (307) 555-0199. Include account name, email, and effective date.

3. Notice Period

Monthly Subscriptions: No advance notice required. Immediate or end-of-cycle effective date.

Annual Subscriptions: 30 days advance notice required.

Enterprise Plans: Per contract terms (typically 30-60 days).

4. Effective Date

Immediate: Access ends immediately, no refund for remaining time.

End-of-Cycle: Service continues until billing period ends, no further charges.

5. After Cancellation

• Active campaigns paused or concluded
• Social media credentials returned
• Final analytics reports provided
• Recurring billing stopped
• Data retained for 90 days

6. Reactivation

Accounts can be reactivated within 90 days with previous data intact. After 90 days, data may be deleted. No reactivation fees.
